Our Philosophy of Care
Our philosophy: to always work in the least-invasive way possible. To heal your condition with tools, methods, procedures or techniques that achieve the same effective results, with fewer negative repercussions. Even when more traditional surgeries are warranted in some patient situations, we have non-traditional solutions that may use less-invasive tools to eliminate negative outcomes. We've honed these innovative techniques over many years of successful research and practice in our own facility's leading-edge teaching laboratory.
At South Florida Spine Clinic we are dedicated to help people of all ages who suffer spinal conditions lead pain-free, healthy lives again. Our commitment to a caring, compassionate patient-physician relationship is one of the many keys to our success.
South Florida Spine Clinic offers comprehensive cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine care based on techniques and procedures proven to be safe and effective. We are dedicated to the notion of using surgery only as a last resort. And, when surgery is necessary, we employ innovative, minimally-invasive, motion-preserving techniques and tools designed to curve the current condition while preventing further complications.
Our surgeons and physicians use an integrated multi-disciplinary team approach to focus on your individual needs. This approach combines patient education and rehabilitation with advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques.
South Florida Spine Clinic's spine care team consists of Fellowship Trained Spinal Surgeons, Physiatrists, consulting Radiologists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Physical Therapists, Orthotists, Nutritionists, Certified Athletic Trainers, Aquatics and Massage Therapists. Our team of experts has successfully treated over 20,000 patients in Florida, setting a new standard of care for spinal patients. More than half of our patients are referred to us for specialized care by their own physicians.
We teach what we practice...and we practice what we teach
Top physicians and surgeons never rest on their current knowledge. They continuously refine their skills to strengthen and improve future outcomes. That's why South Florida Spine Clinic houses a leading-edge surgical training facility, which includes a teaching cadaver laboratory that allows our own team to research, explore new techniques to enhance our abilities, and lecture many visiting doctors. Extensive research and training time spent in our lab has yielded invaluable new treatment discoveries and produced stronger long-term results for our patients.
